The best way to get involved is to contact the coordinator of the ministry you are interested in. You can find ministry descriptions and contact information on our website under the Ministries section.
In most cases, yes. Being a registered parishioner helps us stay connected with you and ensures that volunteers are part of the parish community.
If you are not yet registered, you can register with the parish as either a full-time parishioner (living in Summit County year-round) or a part-time parishioner (those who live here seasonally or visit regularly).
Registration helps us serve you better and keep you informed about parish life.Many ministries provide guidance and instruction for volunteers. Liturgical ministries in particular do provide training. Please contact the ministry coordinator for more information about training and preparation.
Some ministries—especially those involving children or youth—require Safe Environment training in accordance with Archdiocese of Denver policies.
Yes. Many ministries are open to young people who have received their First Holy Communion through high school, especially altar serving and youth service opportunities.
Each ministry has different expectations. Some ministries serve weekly, while others serve occasionally or for specific events.
That is usually fine. Many ministries use rotating schedules so volunteers can serve when they are available.
Yes. Many ministries welcome families serving together, especially in areas such as hospitality, service projects, and parish events.
