Respect Life Ministry

The Respect Life Ministry is a Parish initiative dedicated to upholding the dignity of all human life, structured around key mission areas, teams, and leadership. To comprehensively protect human dignity at every life stage by addressing vulnerabilities through education, service, advocacy, and community involvement, fostering a culture of life in the parish and beyond.
Parishioners, community members, and leaders focused on defending human life across all stages.
Our Vision is "Defending and protecting every human life—from the newly conceived embryo to the suffering elder—and everyone in between."
Economic and Cultural Issues: Develop and implement processes to support unmet basic needs due to economic or cultural challenges.
Right to Life Issues: Focus on the preborn, disabled, and dying; uphold dignity through education, political awareness, advocacy, direct service, and caregiver support.
Community Engagement: Engage and inform parishioners about the ministry to supplement the overall mission.
Senior Issues: Senior parishioners will have caring and practical support with the difficulties faced in their daily lives, bringing them peace and comfort in Jesus Christ.
This is an ongoing parish ministry with no fixed timeline; activities occur as needs arise (e.g., upon request for elder support) and through continuous education, advocacy, and service within the parish community in Summit County, extending to local civic, medical, and community agencies for support and advocacy.
