Daughters of the Sacristy

Daughters of the Sacristy is a liturgical volunteer group for girls who have received their First Holy Communion through high school. The purpose of this group is to help young women grow in reverence for the Sacred Liturgy while learning to serve the Church through practical acts of care and preparation for the Mass.

Members assist with the preparation of the sanctuary and sacristy, helping ensure that everything needed for the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is ready and treated with proper dignity and devotion.

Through this service, girls are invited to grow in prayer, responsibility, and love for the Eucharist. The group also provides an opportunity for young women to discern a possible vocation to religious or consecrated life, learning how a life of service to Christ and His Church can be lived with joy and generosity.

Daughters of the Sacristy helps cultivate hearts that are attentive to the sacred, generous in service, and open to God’s call.
