Altar servers assist the priest and deacon during the Mass by helping with the basic duties needed for the liturgy. Serving at the altar is a simple way for young people to assist at Mass and become more familiar with the life of the Church.

This ministry is open to youth who have received their First Holy Communion through high school.

Boys who serve will be part of the Sons of the Altar program and will wear cassocks and surplices. Girls who serve will wear albs.
