St. Jude Thaddeus Celebration – Wednesday, Oct. 28

Our Lady of Peace – Silverthorne, CO
Saint Jude, a beloved apostle, is known for his powerful intercession in seemingly impossible situations. He is deeply loved by many of the faithful, and our parish joyfully honors him with a special celebration.
We will celebrate the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in his honor, including an evening Mass at Our Lady of Peace, followed by traditional Mexican matachines dancing as a vibrant expression of devotion. Afterward, all are invited to a festive gathering in the social hall with food and fellowship, as we come together in gratitude and entrust our intentions to the intercession of Saint Jude.

All parishioners, families and friends are warmly invited to come together for an evening of faith, tradition and fellowship as we celebrate the feast of St. Jude Thaddeus.
Schedule of Events
5–7 p.m.: Matachines traditional dance
7–8 p.m.: Spanish Holy Mass
8–10 p.m.: Community Gathering and Dinner
Following Mass, we invite everyone to enjoy a community dinner and time together in fellowship.
The main dish will be provided. Attendees are encouraged to bring a favorite dish to share with the community.

5–7 p.m.: Danza de Matachines
7–8 p.m.: Santa Misa en Español
8–10 p.m.: Convivencia comunitaria y cena
Después de la Santa Misa, los invitamos a disfrutar de una cena comunitaria y un momento de convivencia fraterna.
El platillo principal será proporcionado. Invitamos a los asistentes a traer un platillo de su preferencia para compartir con la comunidad.
