Our Lady of Fatima, a hand-carved statue from Portugal, will be making her pilgrimage to St. Mary Parish this summer (July 29-August 26).

Our Lady of Fatima is now at St. Mary Church for two weeks (from Wednesday afternoon, August 12 - Wednesday, August 26).

Parishioners will pray to Our Lady of Fatima during regularly scheduled adoration. We will also pray the rosary to Our Lady of Fatima before the weekend and weekday Masses. Rosaries available and booklets (on how to pray the rosary) will be available at both churches.

As a Marian Parish, we are delighted to host this blessed statue, which was hand-carved in Portugal by the descendants of the three shepherd children who reported six apparitions of the Virgin Mary in 1917.

The Archdiocese of Denver commissioned this 5-foot-tall statue, which weighs 155 pounds, in 2016. The traveling statue was commissioned in 2016 and blessed by Archbishop Samuel J. Aquilla. She routinely tours churches, convents, and schools around the State of Colorado and is coordinated by the Respect Life Denver, a ministry of Catholic Charities of Denver.
